Ok, So DavidsTea read my blog. This alone means that this company is one that actually takes time to listen to the customers.
One correction, though (straight from the company itself): The Skinny isn't "meant" as a laxative tea... rather, the components in it (pu'erh/oolong) are meant to stimulate your digestive system, & some people find it strong :)

I think this is great. I personally think it's okay if a company makes a mistake as long as they stand up to it, accept it, and make good for it. Love that they listen to their customers, and will check them out. Also find it great that you share this here. Thanks.
